Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Describe the problem and include your cell phone number and the best time of day to reach you. If you have a water leak, please notify me by phone immediately at 937.339.0010. If you have a heating, cooling or refrigerator problem, please contact me as soon as you notice the issue. Do not play the wait and see game. Contact us immediately so that we can determine the need for service technicians and have them dispatched as soon as possible.
Note: To help your furnace out and to achieve the least expensive heating and cooling bills possible, be sure to change your furnace filter once every month. If a service technician is sent out for a "No Heat" or a "No Cooling" call, and the problem is determined to be the result of a dirty furnace filter, then the resident will be charged for that service call.
If the temperature is below 20°F and above 10°F - follow these procedures to prevents freezing pipes.

NOTE: Plumbing facing outside wall is very susceptible to freezing, so extra care should be given to prevent freezing.
